Offices Are Moving to the Burke County Judicial Center

We are pleased to announce that the following judicial offices are moving across the street from its current location to the new BURKE COUNTY JUDICIAL CENTER, 200 East Sixth Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830:

Clerk of Superior, State, and Juvenile Courts – (706)554-2279 (Civil, Domestic, Criminal, Real Estate)

Magistrate Court – (706) 554-4281

Probate Court – (706) 554-3000

Solicitor Office – (706) 437-0464

State/Juvenile Administrative Offices – (706) 554-3460

 

Beginning Monday July 22, 2019, Burke County Judicial Offices will be moving to the new Burke County Judicial Center.   The move-in will take a total of two weeks and all judicial offices will be relocated to the new building by Monday, August 5th.  During the next two weeks of transition the public will have limited access to records and services provided by each office.  Please contact the Court or Department if you need access to records or any services during this time before coming to the Courthouse or Judicial Center.  Additional information for each judicial office can be found at www.burkecounty-ga.gov

All offices and services are expected to be open for business on Monday August 5, 2019
